If you have difficulty with payment or delivery of your order, we offer you a convenient and advantageous form of cooperation.
Prepayment
After the design of a new jewelry piece is approved and the exact price has been agreed upon, the client must pay an advance payment of 40% of the order’s cost.
To secure your order, you will need to pay the prepayment in person or according to the client’s bill. We will inform the client when the jewelry is ready for delivery by email or phone.
Full payment
A client accepts the work and makes the final payment when the order is fully complete.
The Portuguese residents can pick up their jewelry by meeting with the Joaillerie VD’AS Company representatives.
We can deliver masterpieces by courier service for international clients within the shortest possible time.

We can deliver the order internationally within five to ten days. These services vary in cost depending on your country. Please contact us if you need assistance.
We accept credit/debit cards, including major cryptocurrencies, as part of our payment method.
